- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging that you received it.
2. Initiating a Return

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
3. Return Shipping
- If your return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return (following the guidelines above) and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Some items, such as gift cards, are non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account first.
- If you still haven't received your refund, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
